A Muslim leader, Alhaji Olayinka Oshinkoya, has been kidnapped while he was answering the call of nature by the roadside(file image) in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

Alhaji Oshinkoya who is the chairman of Ansar-ud-Deen Society, Ijebu chapter, was kidnapped on Thursday along the Abeokuta-Siun-Sagamu expressway close to a federal government radio station.

Family sources said the cleric was in Abeokuta for a meeting with the Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission ‎at the Governor’s office and had ordered his driver to stop by the side of the road along Abeokuta-Siun-Sagamu expressway so as to ease himself when his abductor numbering three in a Honda car forced him into their car and whisked him away.

It was said that the Honda car that was used to kidnap Alhaji Olayinka Oshinkoya later made a detour towards Sagamu end.
