Jilted Billionaire Prince Hillary Unachukwu, has dragged his ex-lover, Victoria Alaegbu to court for allegedly stealing $1.5 million (N295.5 million) and trying to kill him.

46-year old Victoria was on Wednesday arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on a five-count charge of conspiracy, murder plot, stealing, unlawful detention and possession of fake document.

The prosecutor, Sergeant Nicholas Akpene told the court that on December 13, 2015, at 8:30 pm, at Ojora Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Victoria tried to kill the 56-year-old prince, and stole his $1.5 million.

Akpene said she robbed Prince Unachukwu after she persuaded him to drink a drugged substance, which put him to sleep for hours, adding that the accused also locked him up in a room.

However, Victoria who hails from Benue State denied all the charges brought against her and was granted bail by Magistrate S. K. Matepo.

A controversial person, Prince Hilary Unachukwu in 2014 sued his ex-lover, one Omolola Shittu(both pictured) for allegedly stealing a Honda car.

An allegation the mother-of-one denied, Omolola in an interview said: “I never knew it was a crime to date someone older. I have been in this relationship since August 2012 and it has been hell. Any time I tell him I do not want to continue with the relationship, he would threaten me.

“It was my attempt to terminate the love affair with Unachukwu that led to my being charged to court for stealing a car he bought for me as Valentine’s gift and property acquired during the relationship.

“On Valentine’s day last year, he bought me a Honda Accord End of Discussion saloon car as a gift. I was in his house at 8, Ojora Road, Ikoyi, Lagos when he presented the car to me.”

In January 2011, Chief Magistrate M. A. Ladipo of Tinubu magistrate Court ordered that Prince Hilary Unachukwu should be remanded in prison custody for threatening the life of Chief Joe Obijaku and his family over the death of one Peter Okeke.
