Kayode Olabisan, lawyer to embattled Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James better known as Baba Ijesha, said his client is still in police detention.
Olabisan declared this in a statement he released in which Baba Ijesha made it known that the former Chairman of Ikeja Branch of Nigerian Bar Association, Adeshina Ogunlana, was never his lawyer.
“He is not out of police custody, we are hoping that the judiciary, the team from the Lagos State Ministry of Justice and Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution will come again to Panti next week.
“It is one thing to be granted bail and another for your release to be ordered upon meeting all the conditions,” the statement said.
Recall that the thespian was arrested for sexually molesting an underage girl in the care of popular comedienne, Princess.
