A pastor with Living Faith Church a.k.a Winners’ Chapel in Calabar, Cross River State, Pastor Seyi Adekunle, who was on Saturday, June 13, 2015 kidnapped, has regained his freedom.
Pastor Seyi Adekunle(pictured with his children) was released after spending a week in kidnappers’ den.
Police sources said the father-of-two was dumped at a Calabar outskirt by the kidnappers before they fled.
However, three persons suspected to have links with the abductors have been arrested, and facing interrogation.
A graduate of Ibadan Polytechnic, Pastor Adekunle was posted to the parish last year and was in the middle of a prayer session with some members of the congregation in the auditorium when he was kidnapped by five gunmen.
