The Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, has dropped big hint on the health situation of Chief of Staff to the President, Mr Abba Kyari, who is receiving treatment for coronavirus.
“I am writing to let you know that on medical advice, I will transfer to Lagos later today for additional tests and observation. This is a precautionary measure: I feel well, but last week, I tested positive for coronavirus, the pandemic that is sweeping the world. I have followed all the protocols government has announced to self-isolate and quarantine,” Kyari had said in his only statement after he was diagnosed with the pandemic, which he released on Sunday.

On the strength of the statement, it is widely believed that the Chief of Staff is currently in Lagos but state Commissioner for Health, Prof. Abayomi, was coy about the exact place he is but dropped hint on his recovery in WhatsApp chats with Punchng.com.
“We are exchanging information but I haven’t asked him for his location. He seems well and happy and we are exchanging information on strategic issues. It has been a long time we talked about his health, I presume he has made a full recovery,” he told the paper.
