Five hundred and twenty persons have been arrested in connection with wanton destruction and burning of government and private properties after the EndSARS protest took a violent twist.
The peaceful protest against police brutality became a free for all after hoodlums hijacked it and went on rampage: torching BRT buses, Television Continental (TVC) offices and that of The Nation including sixteen police stations among others.
Four officers were killed in the reign of terror and six injured.
The State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu on Tuesday paraded suspects linked to the mayhem where he gave a lowdown of the casualties.
Among those paraded was a suspect, who stole a DPO’s uniform.
