Upon the the distraught family’s complaint, the police arrested Umar alongside one other person with both arraigned in court on March 5 and remanded in custody.
“Two suspects including Alfa Umar were arrested for their complicity in the matter. They were taken to court on March 5 and have since been remanded in a correctional centre (prison),’’ the paper quoted the spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Mr Elkanah Bala, as saying.
