President Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Tuesday, gloated about his physical condition and general health on the occasion of his 77th year old birthday.
Speaking at the Presidential Villa during the celebration, Buhari prided himself on his health saying: “Well, I think I feel well at 77. A lot of those at 77 are on crutches and I am walking on my two feet.”
The President went on to lament alleged challenges of leadership in the country claiming Nigerians were difficulty to satisfy adding he is accustomed to the situation.
He said: “I think I have come to accept the realities of leadership in Nigeria; you can only try, it is a terrific country.
“No matter what you do, there are people on a daily basis that look for your faults and go to the press. So, you have to learn to live by that.”
