Not few people have been feared killed by gunmen during robbery attacks on two new generation banks at Apomu and Ikire areas of Osun State.
The dastardly operations which was carried out on Wednesday evening at the unnamed banks, as per The Nation left many dead while some sustained various degrees of injury.
The gunmen also attacked a police station.
“The Commissioner of Police, Mr Olawale Olokode is now at the scene of the crime.
“The robbers attacked two banks and they killed some people. They attacked a police station during the operation,” the paper quoted spokesperson of Osun Police, SP Yemisi Opalola as saying.
