A budding musician, Ogoirawo Omoge, has been killed in a deadly fight with a scavenger in Okitipupa Local Council of Ondo State.
Ogoirawo, according to report was the grandson of late music legend, Comfort Omoge, and was said to have met his death at the hands of the suspect who stabbed him in the throat during a physical battle along the Ayeka/Igodan-Igbokoda highway.
Sources informed that the fatal fight started out as an exchange of harsh words between Ogoirawo and his killer before it escalated into a situation in which the suspect pulled out a dagger and slit the victim’s throat.
Resulting in Ogoirawo’s death, the killer scavenger was disallowed from fleeing by eyewitnesses and handed over to police in whose custody he is currently in before his arraignment in court will follow.
