One Musiliu Owolabi has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command based on allegation of killing his lover, Fausat Idowu, a divorcee, and secretly burying her.

Owolabi, a mechanic, confirmed the second allegation but denying killing the mother of four, saying she slumped in a hotel room at the point they were about making love, and died while he was rushing her to the hospital in his car.
The 36-year-old explained that he decided to bury her because he feared her family and the police would make a federal case out of the matter.
His word: “I did not inform the Police or anyone about the incident. I became apprehensive and decided to hide the corpse and later buried her at the midnight.”
