Mr. Segun Fasina has hinted the Orile-Agege Customary Court in Lagos that his wife, Mrs. Abosede Fasina is an Indian hemp smoker, and a drunkard.
The embittered hubby who felt seriously bad about his wife’s habit added that he had lost interest in their relationship and begged the court to separate them with immediate effect.
Mr. Fasina, who also went into the history of how he married his wife, Abosede four years ago, and how the couple had no kid said that he regretted the relationship.
According to Mr. Fasina, who described himself as Shepherd of the white garment church he did not know that his wife smoked when they were courting.
His words; “I have told her to move out of my house because she smokes and drinks but she said she’s not moving out unless death do us part.”
In her submission, Abosede told the court that her husband did not want them to celebrate their 4th year anniversary of their marriage, and besides he was not a caring husband.
She therefore told the court that she would not want the marriage to be dissolved because she was still in love with him.
Meanwhile, the court president, Mr. Joseph Adewusi adjourned the case till April 30, 2013, for further hearing.
