The dispute between music star, Davido, and ex-President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick-led company, Brownhill Investment Company Limited has been resolved.

An alleged breach of contract for allegedly failing to appear for a show in Warri, Delta State was slammed against Davido in the law court by Brownhill Investment Company Limited.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff was demanding N2.3bn from the singer.

As the matter stands, both have reached agreement to settle their differences outside the court.

The Cable claimed this in a report headlined, “N2.3bn suit: Davido settles case with Pinnick, to perform at Delta concert.”

It said in the agreement, Davido will pay N30m as his contribution to the claimant’s outstanding legal fees within seven days of finalising the settlement while he consented to make a live performance at the upcoming ‘Warri Again’ concert on October 4, 2024.

It was also decided that the $94,500, which the claimant had already paid to the defendants, would be considered as payment for the event’s performance.
