Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Sunday made a thinly veiled mockery of the re-election campaign mantra of President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressive Congress, APC, Next Level.
The president and the ruling party in 2015 adopted Change as mantra but dropped it for Next Level in the 2019 general election.
“I do not say to the next level,” Obasanjo said in his goodwill message at the 64th annual national convention of the Foursquare Gospel Church while urging the new General Overseer to take the church to a greater height.
