Two persons simply identified as Okoro and Patience have been arrested in Lagos for being into the business of posing as commercial transport operators to abduct and extort innocent passengers under duress, popularly known as One-chance.
The arrest of Okoro and Patience who are in their forties occurred on Saturday at 6.00am after the police were tipped off.
The suspects are said to operate around Olusosun, Ojota, area of the state where they abduct innocent passengers for extortion.
Following their apprehension, report said a victim they robbed of N37,000 weeks back identified one of them.
It was further gathered that the duo would have their days in court after ongoing police investigation is concluded.
