A twitter user, Onyema Isaac Ugo, claimed his brother, Kelechi Metuh, a member of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, was killed in soldiers and members of the proscribed group’s confrontation in Umuahia, Abia State.

Ugo in series of tweets via his twitter handle, @OnyemaIsaa, said late Kelechi was a butcher but abandoned his thriving business for the struggle to realise Biafra, adding that the deceased like many others was brainwashed by the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Ugo in one of his tweets, alleged that the deceased’s grieving mother believed Kanu was responsible for her son’s death and threatened to deal ruthlessly with him.
