The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye has told of the first time he had an handshake with a woman.
The 77-year-old who didn’t disclose whether it was with Foluke, the woman he later wedded in 1967, and have four children together, revealed that it happened while he was aged, 23.
“I still remember when I was young. My father will tell me that this name is the name of my father. Don’t spoil the name. So I was scared to do wrong. I could not shake the hand of a lady until I was 23,” Adeboye narrated in his speech at the May Special Prayer and Thanksgiving service organised by the RCCG Throne of Grace, National Headquarters Ebute Metta, Lagos.
