The Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, has hit out at Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, describing the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship candidate in Lagos State as “a fake doctor.”
Jandor has the title, Dr, prefixing his name.
The vitriol Hamzat hurled at Dr Adeniran is part of his remarks on Tuesday at the grand finale of Agege Day, a celebration of one of Lagos ancient communities, held at Agege Stadium where he was the guest of honour.
The Deputy Governor claimed the PDP flag-bearer is academically and intellectually no match for him(Hamzat) and his principal, incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the All Progressive Congress governorship and deputy governorship candidates respectively.
He explained that Lagos is too important to be left in the hands of a little mind, whose only claim to work experience is being a cameraman under ex-governor Babatunde Fashola’s administration.
According to him, “On February 25, 2023, I enjoin you to vote en masse for our presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and on March 11, vote for Sanwo-Olu and I, so that the good works you have been enjoying on our watch would continue.
“Don’t vote for a fake doctor, who when advised by his former principal (ex-governor Fashola) to come to us and learn the ropes in leadership, was making skits to abuse the man.”
