The Lagos State Police Command has launched investigation into the death of former Chief Executive Officer of Konga, Nick Imudia.

Late Imudia, according to preliminary report, died by suicide at his residence in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

The 45 years old was said to have jumped to death from the balcony of his residence after he spoke with his US-based brother on phone instructing him(brother) on how to discharge his wealth and also promised his daughter from a previous relationship that he would always be with her spiritually.

However, the police said investigation has commenced into Imudia’s death with the view to ascertain whether it is truly suicide and gather the remote and immediate causes.

“Yes, it is true. He allegedly committed the act on June 25. An investigation has commenced at the homicide section, SCID, Yaba,” the state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, told Punchng.
