Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile, better known as Portable will stand trial for harming a police officer and five other charges.

The Zeh crooner made headlines again for the wrong reason; he is having a run-in with the police for declining invitation, and resisting arrest.

His arrest was made eventually.

The singer will have his days in court for several unruly behaviours including harming a police, according to Ogun State Police PRO, Olumuyiwa Adejobi.

Adejobi by series of tweets on a thread in which Lagos Parks and Garages Management Chairman, MC Oluomo’s name came up, said of the troublesome singer’s case; “I am sure you are very awake as I have addressed MC’s case, but Portable has more than six count (sic) charges to attend to, apart from resisting arrest and injuring a policeman.

“He will be charged to court for beating up a guy in Otta, who fired a petition to the Commissioner of Police in Ogun.

“There are many pending cases of assaults on people and attacks, and he will be investigated because people have complained against him.

“So, there is no sentiment in law. Let him appear in court and allow the judge to listen to the charges against him. He has no constitutional immunity anyway. Ire o.”
