Should there be a crash, Prince Charles and Prince William never travel on the same airplane as a precaution!
The reason they never journey on the same plane is that, if they were both on the same plane and it crashed or was sabotaged, then the two primary heirs to the throne might be both killed.
Therefore, they must travel separately so that in the case of such a tragic event only one of them would die.
