The Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Leo Ogor, is reportedly recuperating in a Swiss hospital after suffering stroke.

Hon. Ogor representing Isoko North/South Federal Constituency, has been absent at the plenary sessions of the House in recent times.

The absence of the 58-year-old Delta State-born politician, which did not go unnoticed, has raised deep concern among newspapers correspondents covering the National Assembly.

New Telegraph reported that Hon. Ogor, is in a hospital in Switzerland, where he is currently undergoing treatment for partial paralysis, popularly called stroke.

“He in Switzerland as we speak, he is in the hospital and he his cooperating very well with the medical team. He is now undergoing speech therapy, if things work according to plans; he should not stay long in that country,” the paper quoted a family source as saying.
