Two men, Francis Babatunde and John James, were on Tuesday, arraigned before the Magistrate Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, for supplying false information on Governor Seriake Dickson’s younger brother, Moses Dickson.

The suspects, and one Obiene Matthew, who is said to be at large had squealed on the governor’s brother to the Inspector- General of Police (IGP) monitoring team that Moses was in possession of firearms and narcotics.
Babatunde, a plumber working in the residence of Dickson conspired with James and Matthew. And following the information they provided the IGP Monitoring Team stormed Moses’ residence, ransacked it but found nothing incriminating and were compelled to arrest the whistle-blowers.
The two accused persons were arraigned on two- count charge by Mr. Matthew Umana from the IGP team.
