Signatious Hotel in Ajao Estate area of Lagos State has been sealed over the death of one Mattias Airenekhueme during a pool party at the facility.
Orijoreporters recalls that Mathias attended the pool party on Saturday, January 31, to sell tickets for th event with the view to earn money before the tragedy struck.
Subsequently, his bereaved family suspected foul play saying claim that he was drowned while swimming did not add up.
The grounds on which they faulted it was that his body in the stomach region was flat instead of it to swell while alleged foam coming out of his mouth and nose runs contrary to what the situation would be if he drowned.
Emerging report has it that four persons have been arrested in connection with Mathias’ death and in the custody of the the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
“Among those in our custody is the pool party organiser while the hotel has been sealed and autopsy is being conducted to determine the exact cause of death,” a police source told this medium on condition of anonymity.
