A 26-year-old native doctor, Chukwuyem Jonah, and two others: Godspower Chukwuedo, 23, and Christopher Nwachukwu, 22 have been arrested in connection with the murder of Miss Faith Omodon, a 200-level student of Delta State University, Agbor, Delta State.
Omodon was declared missing on April 4 in Iru Egbede community, Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State.
Her whereabouts became an enigma after she left for the farm until later on when she was found killed.
The suspects were paraded by the State Commissioner of Police, Funsho Adegboye at the State Command during which the father of the deceased, Edward Omodon said to newsmen:“I know Chukwuyem Jonah very well; we stayed together. I see him every day.
“I want justice. I want them to pay for the killing of my daughter. I don’t want my daughter to die like that without any action from the government.”
