The players and coaches, who are being threatened with ban are those leading charge in the Super Falcons’ protest over the money the NFF owes them.
The sit-in protest at an Abuja hotel, which entered day six on Saturday has generated significant global attention. It has also drawn NFF a lot of serious flak from several quarters.
Before now, the players had accused the NFF of threatening to report them to their clubs.
“He (Pinnick) said so many things that angered us, including that he will report us to our clubs if we are bent on disgracing Nigeria,” assistant captain Osinachi Ohale told AFP.
