Three persons have been arrested with regard to the death of a pupil of International Staff School of Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu.
The pupil, a male in Senior Secondary School, SS2, simply identified as Abdul Rahman, was hit by a moving vehicle while he was trying to escape from his teacher who was chasing him.
The incident happened around the school. It led to his bereaved mother protesting his death in front of the school demanding for justice. The moment was captured on camera and posted online.
It has caught of the eyes of the police authority in the state, and according to the spokesman in the state, Benjamin Hundeyin, three persons have been arrested in connection with, charged to court while investigation is ongoing.
Hundeyin said further that the court ordered their remand.
