Three traditional rulers from Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State have died in an auto crash.
The victims: Olodogbo of Odogbo, Onibowula of Bowula and Alayetoro of Ayetoro in Oriire Local Government of the state were on their way to a function in the state on Friday when they met their deaths in a crash involving Benz E230 with number plate OLODOGBO and a commercial Scania Truck with registration number 301 XF at Aje Iye in the area.
Report said, two of the monarchs died on the spot while the other’s death occured few hours later at the Ladoke Akintola University Teaching Hospital, where he was rushed to.
In all six persons were involved in the accident with three others surviving with varying degree of injuries.
