Tonto Dikeh has been hit by backlash online after it emerged that she had intense surgery to have her body altered.

The surgery recently came to light via a promo of her upcoming reality show, King Tonto, on Linda Ikeji blog.
In the clip, the actress is seen in a theatre with medical personnel performing surgery on her butt and waistline.
Following its images and videos which have been swirling around online, the actress have been pelted with insults with many condemning the act.
“I am going to be having a cosmetic surgery. My body has been something that I’ve always been extremely ashamed of,” had said in the video.
