Two men, Mubarak Muhammad and Nazifi Bala, are facing prosecution because of a video of them hurling insult at Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje.
Muhammad and Bala had their days in Kano Magistrate’s Court 58 on Wednesday with accusation that they defamed Ganduje. The pair in a video posted on Facebook, threw allegation of habitual land theft and oversleeping at the state governor.
At their arraignment, both pleaded guilty to the charges upon which the court found them at fault and adjourned the matter till November 7, 2022, for judgment.
