Transport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi, has revealed that his eldest child, a medical student, wants to follow in his footstep by going into politics.

However, Amaechi said he has his doubt about the medical undergraduate surviving the country’s kind of politics.

The father of three sons explained that the Nigeria’s brand of politics is lawless while practitioners preyed on one another saying it required ‘grace’ to survive the terrain.

“Nigerian politics is not something one would want one’s child to go into because there are no rules. One can be easily destroyed. One must have the grace to survive. I don’t know if he has that grace (and I’m not talking about tact or sagacity) to survive because it is a man-eat-man world,” he told Punchng.com.
