A former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, whose JAMB Computer Based Test, CBT Centre, Mmesoma Ejikeme wrote the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, said he saw through the lie of the candidate on sighting the result.

The candidate’s earlier claim to score 362 instead of her original mark, 246, sparked controversy with JAMB disproving her.

The examination body proved that Mmesoma doctored result of that of a candidate, Asimiyu Mariam Omobolanle, who sat for UTME in 2021 and scored 138, and consequently revoked her original result and banned her from retaking the exam for three years.

In turn, the 16-year-old said the 246 result is hers, disowning the controversial result.

Weighing in on the matter, Chidoka said he knew the 362 result Mmesoma was parading is fake on two grounds.

The ex-minister stated this in a statement he released, saying, “First, our center is no longer addressed as Thomas Chidoka Center for Human Development on the JAMB portal since 2021.

“The correct name on the JAMB portal and Main Examination Slip is Nkemefuna Foundation (Thomas Chidoka Center for Human Development)…Her (Nmesoma) result showing Thomas Chidoka without the Nkemefuna Foundation, which was on her Main Examination slip, raised my suspicion about the genuineness of the result.

“The second red flag was the result template.”
