A 400 Level student in the Department of English, University of Jos, Ruth Yakadi, has been found dead with signs that she was raped and murdered on her remains.
Ruth, according to report in general circulation ought to have graduated but had carry-over(s). She was reportedly done with it, and was awaiting mobilisation by the National Youth Service Corp, after completing her project.
Her end came in a brutal manner by the sound of a viral video of her remains.
In it, the narrator said, she was raped and murdered in cold blood by her assailants, with her remains dumped near Hariz Petrol station at Farin Gada in Jos metropolis.
The incident has precipitated tension and mourning in certain quarters in Plateau State where it happened.
The deceased reportedly hailed from Anaguta tribe in the state.
