The moment a soldier, Iorliam Emmanuel, was discovered to be in the business of stealing ammunition from the military with the design to sell it to Boko Haram members has been made public.
Emmanuel who is attached to the 156 Task Force Battalion, codenamed “Operation Hadin Kai”, in Mainok, Borno state, one of the ground zero of terrorism was found out by some of his colleagues who captured the moment with phone-camera.
The video has now gone viral with the suspect seen being disarmed and searches conducted on him led to the discovery of several bullets he tucked away in his uniform and underwear.
One of his colleagues could be heard saying, “God pass you, 99 days for the thief; so you’ll go and give Boko Haram to come and attack us (sic)?”
