A startling video of Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha where he is seen saying thieves are better than marijuana smokers have surfaced online.

In the trending clip, the governor speaks in Igbo language warning a group of youths against smoking marijuana saying its consequences are grave.
He went on to say stealing is better than smoking marijuana, an opinion that has sparked a storm of controversy on the net.
