Charles Oputa better known as Charlie Boy said the female folk are stronger than their male counterpart.
The artiste-cum-activist remarked this in an interview with Punchng where he said, “In terms of physical strength, men are stronger. But, in terms of emotional strength and nurturing, I believe that women are far stronger than men.”
The 73-year-old father-of-ten, who is in his 43rd year in marriage said to a large extent woman determined the survival or otherwise of union.
“Longevity in marriage does not rely solely on the woman. But, I believe that as God created them to love and nurture, they have the upper hand. But, for an irresponsible man, it would be quite difficult. For a man who is not on the same page with the woman, keeping the marriage will be difficult,” he told the publication.
