Veteran actress Taiwo Ajai-Lycett has alleged that male cabinet members entertained themselves with female undergraduates in Nigeria.

Ajai-Lycett made this allegation in an interview she granted Punch where she said the Nigerian society has lost its moral compass.
“There is a level of mental illness in this country…How sane can a man be if he is taking a nine or 14-year-old girl for a wife? Is that person sane?” the 75-year-old actress said.
A holder of national award, OON, Ajai-Lycett further said, “You see a situation where people drive against traffic in Nigeria and get away with it… Why would you not find people defiling young girls? When ministers have meetings and they go to the universities to traffic our girls for their entertainment.”
