Atiku had tweeted that his son, which he did not name is infected with coronavirus, saying “My son has tested positive for coronavirus,” adding “The @NCDCGov (Nigeria Centre for Disease Control) has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management. I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers. Stay safe, coronavirus is real.

Reacting via her twitter handle: @aishambuhari, the president’s wife wrote: “Your Excellency, It’s with deep sense of concern that i extend my sincere prayers towards the quick recovery of your dear son. Allah renu en Amin.”

Recall that last week Aisha announced that her daughter is in self-isolation on return from the UK, one of the epicentre of the pandemic.
