Winner of Big Brother Naija, Efe Ejeba lamented that his rise to stardom has come with some challenges saying it is not all roses.
Efe, who was an unknown quantity rose to stardom during BBNaija where he won the reality show’s grand prize, N25m and an SUV.

The 24-year-old, however, said his sudden rise to fame has landed him in difficult situation.
The Economist graduate explained that vendors now charged him more, adding that it is now difficult for him to objectively air his view on issues.
He said, “It’s been very annoying. Even my clothes, I can’t go to buy it. If I go to the boutique after the seller has taken pictures with me, he’ll now increase the price of what I want to buy. It’s tough.
“Before, I used to say how I feel but now, I’m reminded that I’m responsible for 14 million people that voted for me. So, I can’t just talk how I feel even if it’s the truth. I have to diplomatic now. That’s the most painful thing for me because I like to be frank. But now I have to be cautious because some people may feel offended when I say what’s on my mind. That has really limited my level of expression.”
