Content creator, Ademola Abiodun, popularly known as DJ Chicken, has addressed President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, as “daddy” after his release from Kirikiri Correctional Centre on Tuesday after meeting his bail conditions.
DJ Chicken entered problem after he said, “Tinubu you can’t win, if you win, I will kill Seyi Tinubu,” in a viral video.
Consequently he was picked up by the police, and despite offering apology to the President’s son was arraigned on a three-count charge bordering on alleged violations of the Cybercrimes Act, breach of peace and making alleged threats to kill Seyi before a Magistrate Court sitting in the Ogba area of Lagos State.
The latter subsequently granted the controversial content creator bail of N1 million with two sureties in like sum, which he met, with the case adjourned until August 3, 2026.
On Tuesday DJ Chicken changed his Instagram profile to that of Seyi Tinubu with the caption, “Hmm ddddy,” posted a video of the president’s son dancing at an event and another where he(Seyi) was with his wife.
In a video announcing his freedom in which he appeared alongside his lawyer, he wrote, “I’m back oo, freedom at last.
“God bless the Nigerian government, God bless Seyi Tinubu, and our president. I love you guys. It is not easy, my fans. People that are free don’t know what God has done for them. Freedom is good.”
Expectedly, the post set tongues wagging on social media.
