Former Chairman of Ifako Ijaye Local Government Area of Lagos State, Apostle Toba Oke, is dead.
Oke died at the age of 64, succumbing to diabetes which ailed him, according to report.
The deceased was two-term chairman of Ifako Ijaye and during his time in the office was suspended and later recalled.
A christian, he belonged to the Cherubim and Seraphim Church denomination, and was a pioneer member of the Southwest Agenda For Asiwaju, a political pressure group that supported Bola Tinubu’s emergence as president.
