Former Presidential spokesman Doyin Okupe and his wife Aduralere, have announced their survivor of the ravaging coronavirus.
The couple kept their testing positive to COVID-19 secret, only to announce that they have been cured of it and discharged on Tuesday via a tweet the ex-Special Assistant to former President Obasanjo (Media & Publicity) and Senior Special Assistant (Public Affairs) to former President Jonathan released.
In it, Okupe expressed gratitude to Gov Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State among others.
The tweet: “On the 23rd of April, my wife Aduralere and I tested positive to COVID-19 virus. To the glory of God, we were discharged this (yesterday) morning after obtaining two negative reports.
“I thank Almighty God for His Mercies. I thank Governor Dapo Abiodun, the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Coker and staff of the centre.’’
