The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, said he won’t give a damn if called a ‘false prophet’.

Adeboye stated this at the February Holy Ghost Service of the church tagged ‘Let there be Light II while drawing a distinction between a pastor and a prophet.
Claiming to be a pastor, the 77-yeat-old said once in a while he received message from God and whenever it was negative prayed to avert it at the risk of being subject of vitriol, which did not bother him. .
“If there is a prophecy that has a negative connotation, a good prophet ought to pray that such prophecy will not come to pass.
“If it is cancelled and nothing happens, at the end of the year, call me a false prophet, I would be happy. I’m not a prophet anyway; I’m a pastor,” Punchng.com quoted him as saying.
