A undergraduate of Gombe State University whose vile act caused the institution to make headlines for the wrong reason at the weekend has been identified as Rahab Musa Sambo.
The latter was allegedly the one who flung her day-old baby from Hall IV storey building of the female hostel.
The baby was found dead by a passerby who drew others’ attention to it.
On further acquaintance, it was discovered through the injuries sustained by the dead baby that it was flung.
The earlier mystery surrounding the perpetrator that followed, has however been resolved.
It is said to be Miss Rahab, a final year student in the Department of Public Administration.
The unmarried 23-year-old, according to report, threw the baby from the hostel window few hours after she put to bed, and consequently has been arrested by the police.
