One Balanko Gamalia witnessed the killing of his wife in their residence on Sunday in Taraba State.
Gamalia himself was also wounded by the gunmen, who forced themselves into the couple’s residence located at Mile 6 area of Jalingo metropolis of the state with a view to abduct them.
The couple’s resistance, and inability of the gunmen to crack their resolve, report said made the assailants to kill the wife and injure her widower.
The latter it was further gathered is currently hospitalized following injuries inflicted on him.
