Actress Halima Abubabakar confessed she attempted suicide last year after falling into a deep depression.
Halima Abubakar who did not discuss the troubles she endured made the confession on her instagram account on Wednesday.
The Kogi State Youth Ambassador posted a picture of herself and captioned it, “I remember diz time last yea,I wanted to kill my sef,am glad I didn’t cos I knw is hell straight But I was suicidal.. Am happy to be in a better place…God hhhmm I adore you…”
Born in Kano, the City people’s Best actress 2011, is a graduate of Bayero University Kano and has a degree in sociology from the same University.
