An Uber driver, and five others have been arrested in connection with the murder of Hector Jobarteh, the 2006 winner of the Gulder Ultimate Search (GUS) 3.

Late Jobartech was shot dead in his residence at flat 8, Olufowora Close, Oko-Oba on September 3, 2107. His remains was committed to mother earth on September 14, in Ibadan, where he hailed from.
Earlier, three persons were arrested in connection with the murder of the father-of-one, whose wife who is based in United States is pregnant with their second child.
And on Thursday, six persons linked to the gruesome murder were paraded by the Lagos State Police Command. They were rounded up after a ‘Dodgee’ phone belonging to the deceased and stolen from the scene of his murder was sold to one of the suspects at Computer Village.
The suspects are Williams Igana (28), Valentine John (26), Usman Adekunle (19), Chimobi Madu (24), Ismail Adeyemi (20) and Abdulrasheed Jimoh (25).
The state Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, said one of the suspects arrested, Igana, was an Uber driver, who conveyed the killers, while the others were found with the victim’s mobile phone.
Edgal said another of the suspects was still at large and efforts were on to arrest him.
