Report said Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo didn’t have it easy attending the extraordinary Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Summit in Niamey, Niger Republic last week.
According to multiple reports, despite that President Muhammadu Buhari had made arrangement for his deputy to attend the function, the cabal threw a spanner in the works but were unsuccessful.
Quoting sources in the presidency, the Chief of Staff to Buhari, Abba Kyari, made futile efforts to send the Foreign Affairs minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, to the meeting in place of Osinbajo but he was overruled by the president.
