An intending couple, Ifechukwu Martin and Gloria Mba, have been murdered alongside Martin’s brother, about a week before the slain lovers’ wedding.
The trio were killed on Tuesday night in Imo at Arondizuogu in the Ideato North Local Government Area of the state in a dastardly attack by gunmen.
The deceased lovers were billed to wed on January 18 and were in Arondizuogu for the ill-fated event.
They were said to be in a Tricycle driven by the groom’s brother when their end came from gunmen who opened fire on them, killing all.
Activities of gunmen is a dime a dozen in Arondizuogu, with many killed in similar fashion in recent times.
