The federal government is said to have made startling discovery about the source of funding of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB).
A report by The Nation, claimed that apart from the widely reported location of a slush account in Paris, the federal government has uncovered other sources of funding of the proscribed group.
“Investigations also confirmed inflows into the account from Holland, Hungary, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Turkey, Singapore and other parts of Europe.
“In fact, a football tournament was recently organised in Senegal to raise funds for IPOB.
“As a matter of fact, the account is being used to get money from a lot of people in the Diaspora,” the paper quoted a top security source as saying.
